U10's Draw @ Brunsmeer ..

Brunsmeer Athletic  1  -  1  AFC Dronfield
 

Two very evenly matched teams as the league standings suggested.
 
In the first game AFC last 1 – 0. We had chances put couldn’t seem to get into their half as much as we would have liked. Goalkeeper Jack Sanderson put off a couple of stunning saves. Charlie Benn put in a man of the match midfield show.
 
In the second game it was tight again. We won this game 1 – 0 with a superbly taken goal. The ball was plyed through midfield to Alex Burke who controlled and set Jack Roy off down the wing – he put a superb ball across and having started off the move Alex then popped up to smartly finish the cross.
Special mentioned to Joe Birbeck who was awesome in defence and Goalkeeper Jack Wilson for a match saving stop near the end.
